The primary email address on file will be used for all communication purposes, including abuse issues or contact from our team. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file remains current.; For domains registered with Ways Web, you must maintain accurate contact information for your domain account and associated domains. We are not liable for lapsed registrations due to outdated contact details. Any changes to this information should be communicated promptly to our sales team via email.; Providing false contact information may result in termination of your account. In cases of dedicated server purchases or high-risk transactions, you may be required to provide government-issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for the purchase. Failure to comply may result in the denial of the order.
Transfers: Our transfers team will endeavor to assist you in moving your site to us; however, we cannot guarantee availability, possibility, or time required for transfer completion. Hosting platforms vary, and some may store data in incompatible formats, making migration challenging or impossible. While we make every effort to facilitate transfers, we may be unable to assist in certain cases.; Free transfer services are available for 7 days from your sign-up date. Transfers beyond this period may incur charges; please contact our transfers department for a quote.
Content: All services provided by Ways Web must be used for lawful purposes. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ways Web from any claims resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to copyright or trademark infringement.; Sale of counterfeit merchandise or hosting of copyrighted material without permission will result in immediate account termination. Repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination.; If you believe your copyright or trademark is being infringed upon, please raise a ticket with the required information. We may request further documentation for licensing issues.
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy: We strictly prohibit unsolicited email, bulk emailing, and spam. Violators will have their accounts terminated immediately. Hosting of spamvertised sites or involvement in spam-related activities will result in suspension or termination.; Ways Web reserves the right to require changes or disable any component not complying with our policies.
Payment Information: All accounts are set up within 24 hours of successful payment on a pre-pay basis. You agree to supply appropriate payment for services received in advance. Unless you notify us of cancellation, services will be billed on a recurring basis.; Cancellations must be submitted via our cancellation form. Refunds are subject to terms outlined in our refund policy.
Backups and Data Loss: While we provide backup services, users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from system failures or other events.
Bandwidth Usage: Users are allocated monthly bandwidth allowances. Exceeding this limit may result in suspension or additional fees.; Unused transfer cannot be carried over to the next month. Excessive bandwidth usage should be discussed with us.
Money-back Guarantee: Managed shared and reseller servers are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are subject to terms outlined in our refund policy.; Dedicated servers and VPS do not qualify for full refunds.
Uptime Guarantee: Shared/reseller servers not meeting our uptime guarantee may receive a partial credit upon approval. Requests must be made in writing via email.
Indemnification: Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Ways Web harmless from any claims arising from services provided or products sold.
Arbitration: By using our services, you agree to binding arbitration for any disputes.
